Note : Withdrawal of the Proposal is not allowed if

1. Decision has been already taken by Competent Authority on the Proposal

2. Proposal has been rejected by Department of Expenditure (DoE)

3. Proposal has been rejected by Administrative Ministry / Department

4. Proposal has been approved as per DoE Exemption by Administrative Ministry / Department

5. Proposal has been already withdrawn
